with unique spirit
SHS Drinks is part of a privately owned family business (The SHS Group) and is one of the leading independent manufacturers of alcoholic and soft drinks in the UK and internationally. We produce quality premium drinks with innovative packaging supported by exciting advertising and promotional activity. We don’t just create great drinks, we create great brands.
We have an annual turnover of £200 million and we employ over 80 full-time staff, plus another 80 at our production plants of Bottlegreen Drinks and Caledonian Bottlers, as well as outsourcing to third-party production facilities in the UK and Europe. The business is dynamic, modern and vibrant, and our enthusiastic team of people are all encouraged to reach their full potential through training and opportunities to grow with the business.
The working environment at SHS Drinks values individual performance and teamwork, and encourages creativity, passion and fun. It’s an attitude that leads to new thinking and having a different point of view, fostering integrity, quality and pride in everything we do.
We place high value on understanding consumer behaviour and developing insights that help our team to create and develop successful products and brands. We believe that putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do is the reason for the success of these brands, through the delivery of quality products, engaging, inclusive advertising and innovative stand-out promotions.
But, of course, we never forget that we are a producer of alcoholic beverages, and we have a company-wide commitment to going the extra mile when it comes to responsibility.
We are part of The SHS Group, which is a privately owned, family-run business. We are committed to supporting our industry charity, GroceryAid, and locally in Gloucestershire, we support Tŷ Hafan. Both of these charities are supported at a corporate level but also by individuals in our business generously giving their time and efforts in events as diverse as bake sales through to rowing Lake Windermere.
