Most have worked in another part of the SHS Group at some time, bringing a shared understanding of the kind of entrepreneurial spirit that started each of the businesses in the Drinks Division and the Group itself. International Sales Director
Dave is the Managing Director of SHS Drinks. He was previously Vice President of Field Sales with Coca-Cola Enterprises. With over 23 years’ experience in the industry across a diverse range of channels, countries and roles, he has consistently delivered market leading results on behalf of United Biscuits, Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola Enterprises
As International Sales Director Christian Eschenbach is responsible for driving the drinks portfolio across international markets through creation of strategic platforms and development of profitable distributor relationships. Christian brings over 18 years of experience in international markets from a variety of sales and marketing positions within the FMCG industry including Heineken, Twining’s Femsa and Nielsen.
Sam Mitchell is the Marketing Director of SHS Drinks and has responsibility for the strategic development of our brands through a deep understanding of consumer needs across both the alcohol and soft drink categories.
Sam has over 23 years of commercial experience within buying, sales and marketing across a number of categories in the European Food & Beverage market. Most recently Sam worked in Mondelez International as Category Director for Northern and Central Europe.
As Sales Director Bryan Carroll is responsible for driving sales and profit for branded and own label portfolios in GB and Ireland and building collaborative customer relationships.
Bryan brings over 18 years’ experience from a variety of sales and category management positions within the FMCG sector including most recently PepsiCo where he held a number of senior positions.
